1. What we are (and are not)

("we", "us") operates , a free lead generation and referral service. We are not a vehicle buyer, dealer, salvage yard, broker of vehicle sales, tow company, motor carrier, or repair shop. We do not make offers, set prices, tow or repair vehicles, take possession of vehicles, handle payments, or transfer titles. We simply pass your request to independent third parties who may choose to contact you.

2. Independent third parties

Buyers, tow operators and mobile mechanics are independent businesses, not our employees, agents, or partners in any joint venture. They alone are responsible for their offers, pricing, pickup, towing, repairs, licensing, insurance, and conduct. We do not guarantee their quality, availability, or legality, and we do not endorse them. You are responsible for verifying that any business you deal with is properly licensed and insured where required, and for getting the terms in writing. Any agreement is solely between you and that business.

Repairs. We do not perform, supervise, warrant or guarantee any repair. Ask any mechanic for a written estimate before work starts. Any price is not final until the mechanic has seen the vehicle, and you should not agree to an increase you have not approved. If a mechanic thinks a vehicle is not worth repairing, or a buyer thinks it looks repairable, we may offer your request to the other kind of partner. If no partner covers your area, we keep your request active for up to 30 days, retry it as partners join, and then let it expire. Contact is never guaranteed.

3. Estimates and offers are not final

Any estimate, quote, or example price (including the illustrative "$249" route and the "typical rate" comparison shown on the site) is not an offer by us and is not final until the vehicle is inspected in person and the buyer or tow operator confirms it. Prices can change based on actual condition, title status, missing or removed parts, scrap-metal markets, location, distance, timing and availability.

4. No guarantees

We do not guarantee that anyone will contact you, that you will receive an offer, that a vehicle will be bought or towed, or how fast. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

5. Your responsibilities

You represent that you are at least 18, that you own the vehicle or are authorized to sell or move it, that the information and photos you submit are accurate and yours to share, and that you will disclose liens and title issues honestly. Do not submit information about anyone else without their permission. Never pay anyone in advance of pickup.

6. Not for emergencies

The towing features are for planned, non-emergency transport only. Do not use this site for roadside emergencies. In an emergency, call 911.

7. Consent to contact

By submitting a request and checking the consent box, you agree to be contacted as described on the form and in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or dispute arising from your dealings with buyers, tow operators, mechanics, or other third parties, or for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from information you submit or from your misuse of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Images

Photographs on this site are AI-generated illustrations and do not depict real customers, partners, or vehicles.

11. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the update.
